I attended the menopause workshop on 05/10/24 . I was suffering from a lot of symptoms and I wanted to see if the natural way to manage it could help.

 

From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed warmly with refreshments.

The workshop, although professional, had an easy, relaxed vibe. The host Sue, was very informative and knowledgable about the subject discussion.

It was also made fun and uplifting. Being around others that were in the same phase of life was also empowering.

 

I came away feeling hopeful and positive.

Before I attended this workshop I had no knowledge on how menopause could be managed naturally. During the workshop, Sue took her time to explain in depth how to understand your body and what it needs.

 

The workshop was interactive, getting everyone involved and making remedy’s.

 

Overall I would highly recomend this workshop for women either currently going through menopause or those who have not yet gone through it.

Sue is a great Ayurvedic Practitioner - would highly recomend!

I found the Managing Menopause Naturally workshop to be a good introduction to what Ayurveda is and understanding how this philosophy can heal the body naturally through nutrition, especially when experiencing perimenopause/menopause symptoms.

 

Sue is very passionate and delivered a very relaxed and informative session. The takeway literature is great to put into practice the samples of some remedies I tried.

 

The goody bag was relevant and a nice touch to end the session.

Massage Therapy

I came to see Sue after years of suffering with 2 slipped discs in the lower part of my back. I had a vasti treatment and I had the Ayurvedic massage with hot poultices and I have never had anything like that before and it was amazing. After the massage I felt completely relaxed and pain free and had the best nights sleep.

 I couldn't believe that even the next day I could still feel the result of the treatments. I also felt my mental health improve after the massage as I felt an instant state of calm and relief. I cant recommend Sue enough!
