Health Consultation and Massage Therapy

I came to Sue in Jan '23 after struggling for years with digestive problems that were really effecting my day to day life and general mood. 3 months down the line and the change is absolutely amazing! I only wish I had got in touch sooner!

Sue's energy is so positive and uplifting and she brimmed full of knowledge & I'm sure all will leave their consultation with the confidence I had knowing you're in good hands! Not forgetting the oil massage - best in the game 10/10.

Massage Therapy

I came to see Sue after years of suffering with 2 slipped discs in the lower part of my back. I had a vasti treatment and I had the Ayurvedic massage with hot poultices and I have never had anything like that before and it was amazing. After the massage I felt completely relaxed and pain free and had the best nights sleep.

 I couldn't believe that even the next day I could still feel the result of the treatments. I also felt my mental health improve after the massage as I felt an instant state of calm and relief. I cant recommend Sue enough!
